A Most Un-Christian Republican Convention. “I wonder why a party so closely associated with Christianity gives such short shrift to the central message of unconditional love, even for one’s enemies, that undergirds their faith? When Republican leaders denigrate and mock the other side… their venom has an effect.” I would say the same is true for Democrats, but unfortunately, unconditional love doesn’t win elections.
