Jake:

Thanks for the link. From browsing your flickr images it appears you're about the same age as my oldest son (he's a college junior.) He 'made' me read "Blue Like Jazz" last summer and my wife asked me to listen to "Story" when, like you, I was on a road trip this past Friday. Good stuff -- very thought provoking. We work a lot with teens in our church and, not surprisingly, guys like Rob Bell and Donald Miller who are connecting well with young people are also giving us old folks pause. heh... MY mom is going to read "The Shack" soon! Godspeed, and thanks again.

Jake, thanks for the link to the podcast. i look forward to hearing it. I have heard DM in the past and read his Blue Like Jazz book. I appreciate his perspective on the postmodern horizon...his take on our faith is refreshing.
