Allergy relief tea

This same week, year after year, allergies hit me the hardest. If you’re one of the unfortunate souls who has allergies, I thought I’d pass on something I learned a year or two ago.

My allergies had become so bad that I lost my voice, so I resorted to Googling a solution. I sorted through lots of allergy relief advice until I finally came upon something that I hadn’t heard before and that sounded promising. This is what that person suggested:

Brew a cup of hot honey-lemon tea and drop a honey-lemon cough drop in. The cough drop dissolves and the resulting mixture is wonderful. Just the steam from the tea clears me up and it’s very soothing on my throat.

I’m even sipping a cup as I write this.

oh man,

I know what you mean. I got nailed this past week. I feel your pain, and though I am feeling better today, I may try that remedy yet.

I shall check out the album by Ben Harper, thanks for the recommedation.

See you soon.

i’m a pretty big fan of the new heading.

So, I noticed you tagged this one life. You have put that down for a lot of blogs. Don’t you think they should elaborate on that, maybe health for example?

I’ve also heard that it helps your allergies to eat honey that is produced in your region. Your body builds up its defense because the bees produced the honey within the environment that irritates your allergies.

It could all be a lie. But if you added locally-produced honey to your tea concoction, your allergy relief could get out of control.

Or you could just eat the bees.
