New music

There are two new songs on my Myspace page. The first is “If You Return (I’ll Take It)” and the second is “98 Miles”. There’s a good chance both will end up on the album.

“If You Return (I’ll Take It)” was recorded (again) in my dorm room, and if you listen closely at the end, you can hear the rain outside my window. You can download it by clicking below the song title on the Myspace player.

Comments are welcome and appreciated.

I like your style, and it incorporates your aforementioned influences…

I want to hear all of “Leave the Light On”
And I think it would be cool if you experimented around with a bit more of a legato-feel to “If you Return (I’ll Take It)”… the text is more powerful than the music, but the notes and chord progression compliments the lyrics well. Perhaps singing it with this approach to style, might bring out the “love” song appeal to this piece…

Some suggestions, love your stuff. Remember that email I sent you long ago..and how you’d call me? We should do that sometime—I mean, sooner or later you’ll be outta here and I’ll be Poop out of luck.
